1.1 Definitions

3.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposited funds must come from the registered user's own account — third-party funds are not accepted.
• Once a deposit is successful, the balance will be added to your account.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are only possible to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes.
• Your account's KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

eb44 reserves the right to suspend processing of any transaction it considers suspicious. Using the platform for money laundering or fraud is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.
• To receive the bonus, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳300.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawing any bonus winnings.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn without completing the wagering requirements.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus expires within a set time period.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, eb44 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus.
• You may not claim another bonus while one is already active unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• eb44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any existing promotion at any time.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack the platform's software or gaming systems.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Abusing bonuses by opening multiple accounts.
• Stealing another user's identity or providing fraudulent information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Harassment or aggressive behaviour towards other players or staff.

6.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above prohibited activities occur, eb44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account without prior notice, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and take legal action where applicable.

7.1 User Responsibilities

• Only bet with money you can afford to lose.
• Avoid increasing your bets in an attempt to recover losses.
• Set a time and money limit for yourself and stick to it.
• Never prioritise gaming over family or professional responsibilities.
